What is Kettlebell Sport?

Kettlebell Sport, also known as Girevoy Sport (GS), is a highly challenging power-endurance feat of a cyclical nature. Lifters’ success involves technique, flexibility, strength and power, proper breathing patterns, aerobic capacity, stability, and mental focus.

During this 2 hour workshop we will focus on the Pentathlon event. Movements covered will be:
1. One arm clean 
2. One arm long cycle press 
3. One arm jerk 
4. One arm half snatch 
5. One arm push press 
We will spend the first hour covering the movements and during the second hour we will perform a practice Pentathlon.
Wrist guards are nor required but highly suggested.
